P. Uma Sathyakam is an Assistant Professor with School of Electrical Engineering, VIT University, Vellore, India. He is a member of the Microelectronics Division and the Device Research Group.
His research interests include modeling, simulation, fabrication and characterization of Carbon nanotube based interconnects and ultra low-k dielectrics for ultra deep sub-micronIC technologies. Other areas of expertise include thermal management in 3D ICs and crosstalk, EMI-EMC issues in nanoscale interconnects.He is an invited reviewer of Microelectronics Reliability (Elsiever), International Journal of Electronics (Taylor & Francis), Journal of Computational Electronics (Springer).
He is a Member of the IEEE Electron Devices Society and International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Hong Kong. He has recently authored a monograph, published by Lambert Academic Publishers. View Flyer
